1. Introduction
These Terms of Use are for the DanceChallenge Player software provided by KpopAgent. By installing and using this software, users are deemed to have agreed to these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, you must stop using the software immediately.
2. Software Description
DanceChallenge Player software uses AI to analyze MP4 dance videos stored on the user’s PC and evaluate how similar the user’s dance performance is to the video. The software runs on the user’s PC, training the AI based on the selected MP4 video and converting the results into a DCA file, which is saved on the PC.
Trained AI data can be used in-game for up to one day, after which it will be disabled in the game list. To run the software, you need at least Windows 10, 16 GB of RAM, and an Intel Core i5-10400 or higher, or an AMD Ryzen 5 3600 or higher processor.
3. User Categories
This software may be used for personal purposes only and may not be used for commercial purposes. Users may import videos they own into the software, provided that there are no copyright issues with those videos.4. User Obligations
Users may upload their own videos to the software for AI evaluation, and it is the user’s sole responsibility to ensure that there are no copyright issues with the video. KpopAgent assumes no liability whatsoever regarding the intellectual property rights of videos uploaded by users. The responsibility for the selection and use of video content lies entirely with the user. This software may only be used for personal purposes and may not be used for commercial purposes.
Additionally, DanceChallenge Player software contains advertisements. Users must watch these ads to use the service. The advertisements are provided through Google AdSense, which may include Google’s ad tracking features.
5. Limitation of Liability
KpopAgent strives to minimize security vulnerabilities in its software; however, it cannot guarantee complete protection against security issues in Python applications or server security vulnerabilities. KpopAgent assumes no liability for any incidents or damages arising from the use of this software. Free users are not entitled to any compensation, including in cases resulting from a court judgment or arbitration award. Compensation for paid subscribers shall not exceed the monthly subscription fee.
We strongly recommend that you install and run the DanceChallenge software on a dedicated PC, rather than on a PC used for work.
6. Privacy Policy
DanceChallenge Player software does not require any sign-up process, and the software provider does not collect any personal information. However, during the license key activation process, the user’s Windows device ID and IP address are collected for the sole purpose of verifying the license validity.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
DanceChallenge Player software is the intellectual property of KpopAgent. Users and distributors are not permitted to modify, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the software beyond the terms outlined in these Terms of Use. The software cannot be used for commercial purposes and is restricted to personal use only.
